Ms. Polielec manages a rental building in Chicago's Hyde Park area. Her primary concern is to close the deal. She misrepresents property, does not respond to phone calls and concerns, lacks professionalism; she is rude and has no follow-up nor follow-through on agreements made (paint, sealing of bathtub, toilet, replacement of broken fixtures, etc. These were only a few repairs requested to be made prior to taking possession of the apt. After possession, she conveniently forgets about verbal contract and instructs her office to say she is away on business. Ms. Popielec (Reggie) should not be in any business where she comes into contact with people. She has a temper and is abusive. McKey & Poague's employment of Ms. Popielec is a liability.
