LeeAnn sell a previous house with Martin Trendel and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
Do not hire this appraiser. He's not familiar with areas, and he's not capable of ****essing your home. My home's layout has 3 bedrooms. In his appraisal he forgot about one of the bedrooms. In my case, that missing bedroom depreciated my house by $70,000. He's also very lazy, and will not go out of his way to find comparables to your home. He'll use homes that have nothing in common with your home. Stay away from him, and save your money!
