Nice guy who eventually will get the job done, but it sometimes take awhile for him to get everything rolling. Communication could also be better.

We were very excited to purchase a property from this developer/real estate company at 3510 W. Walnut St. The MLS listing claimed that the property was a "complete rehab," and it appeared to be so - on the surface. We put a contract on the place, only to discover during our inspection that the rehab had been entirely cosmetic. The foundation was water-logged, the roof in disrepair, severe mold problem in the basement, and generally shoddy workmanship. Our inspector said that this was "the worst f***ing rehab job" he'd ever seen. Avoid this company.

Alice Prus and Mansion View are con-artist and are ripping off communities. I would definitely not do business with this group.
