My wife and I were looking for a specific type of home within a very specific price range. Most realtors didn't even bother to call us back when we told them what it was that we were looking for and what we intended to pay for it. George spent every Saturday morning for a few months with us until finally we had seen enough and decided to go back to start and put an offer in on the very first house that we looked at with him. Not once did he complain or even sigh as we jumped through an unreasonable amount of hoops with the VA process of home financing. He simply did his best to learn about the process and he provided us valuable input on the lending and negotiating process the whole way through. He was ready with great inspector and lender recommendations but even when we chose to go with our own selections, nothing about his manner changed. He was never put off even when we became frustrated with the whole process and wanted to walk away from the whole thing. I remember sitting in bumper to bumper traffic on LSD ready to scream as he calmly explained to me the situation and pointed out several very important things that I had overlooked. If not for George we most certainly would have paid significantly more than we should have. And now that we've had to move out of state due to a job transfer, I only wish that George were licensed in Ohio so that he could represent us as we search for a new home. Because not only did he help us through the process, but he also took time and great pains to make sure that we understood every step of the process and why certain things were necessary or causing a delay. This man does not know what it means to leave someone hanging- he returns calls and emails faster than the Road Runner outwits Wile E. Coyote. I could go on but I'll summarize with this: Best. Realtor. Ever.

I cannot say enough good things about the job George did as my realtor. I was referred to George after being dissatisfied with another agent and could not be happier with the decision. First and foremost, George understood what a huge undertaking purchasing a first home was, and went above and beyond to make certain I found a place that I would be happy with. There was no pressure to get a deal done; no pushing me toward places that I was not convinced were for me. In short, he wanted to make certain I found the right place, regardless of the time he spent. After I found the right place, George found a second lender when it was obvious to him the first was on the verge of killing the deal, and worked tirelessly to make sure the second lender had everything needed to get the deal done. Even after moving in, George checked up to make sure everything was okay and any punch-list items had been taken care of. I would recommend George to anyone looking to buy.

I spent well over a year looking for a property in Chicago with George. Being an out of state buyer I relied on George to line up properties I could view on short trips to the city. He never let me down. While it took a while to find the right one when it finally came along we had to move quickly or lose it. I based my decision to make on offer on a few photos and the fact that I trusted George's knowledge of how it fit my needs and requirements. He did a fine job of negotiating the deal for me. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased when I finally got to see the property at closing, it was the best of what we had seen to date. Having bought and sold many homes over the years I know brokers that really work with you are difficult to find. I would definitely work with George again.

The best full-time realtor in chicago

I have used agents in the past and they were not full time dedicated realtors. George is a full time dedicated realtor that went every week (above and beyond)for the last 3 months to show properties and submitted numerous offers over and over and did a great job until I found a property that made me money. I highly recommend if your looking to buy or sell George is your guy he knows all areas and has a good grasp of what is needed to sell or buy property. The Best Realtor I've Ever Had

George Patrick is the best realtor I've ever had. Many realtors are knowledgable, professional, and courteous. What is unique about George is that he looks out for his clients. There have been so many times I could not believe what he suggested or did. He actually took my best interests over his own interests. I used to joke with my daughter, saying that something is wrong with George, because people don't do that anymore nowadays, especially in the business world. He helped me purchased a condo last year for my daughter to live. Because of his dependable character, I decided to purchase another condo this year. George did everything for me and found me a tenant 5 days after closing. I have not even seen the condo yet, because I live out of state. The properties I purchased were foreclosure and short sale. George was efficient and effective in his business strategies. He helped me get great deals. The prices were so low that he really did not get a whole lot of commission. But he always treated me as if I was someone who was buying a million dollar mansion. I would recommend him to anyone. You will not be disappointed. He is a God-sent to me.
