We got a DEAL!

We shopped around for a little over a year. As first–time home owners, we wanted to make sure we knew our options. During that time Ted was patient with us and throughout our time working with him he was just as dedicated from the beginning until the end. Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love working with people and helping them find the exact home that fits their needs. A home is one's biggest investment and I love to have an influence.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Many Agents give Realtors a bad name. I work with the best producing office in the Chicago land area and with some incredible individuals. We strive to help people understand that Realtors are VITAL to a Real Estate transaction.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I've had a really great run so far in the RE business. One client of mine got such a great deal on the purchase of his home that even I was amazed at the price he got it at. An exact same unit without a parking spot went for over 20k MORE than what my client got his at. I think it is all about the skill of negotiating...not to 'toot my own horn' of course!
What is your best characteristic?
I am not only an expert of the Chicago marketplace, but I also make the process enjoyable.
Who or what inspires you the most?
My mother has been in the 'biz' for over 25 years now and her successes inspire me that I can do the same.
What is the best advice you ever received?
If something does not kill you, it only makes you stronger. We all make mistakes in our life...it's what we learn from our mistakes that makes us better people.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
No where else other than Chi-Town! I've been here for my entire 32 years of existence and plan to be here til then end.
