Incompetant Realtor
Jennifer is incompetant. If you are looking for someone who knows nothing about the real estate market and is only looking to make a commission, you found your realtor! She vastly underprices units to sell them quick. She does not properly complete comps (or understand them!). She uses pressure tactics to tell the clients that the market is soft. Yet, after she quickly gets the property under market, higher offers are likely to come in. Not only does she do a dis-service to her clients, her incompetance leads to a devaluation of the surrounding area as well.

We had struggled with another realtor for over a year. Granted it is a tough market. What particularly impressed me was that even when the activity was low, Jennifer and her team were consistently doing the right prospecting behaviors and good or bad...always let us know where we were at. She also tried several things. She did not default to lowering price and when it came to negotiating, she stood firm and got us a very fair price in a tough, tough market. She walks her walk...her entire team does.

Extrememly professional and absolutely client orie
Jennifer spent 6 hard months helping me look for the house I wanted. She listened and adjusted her search based on the input I would give her over time. I was very picky about what I wanted and she listened to me. She wouldn't try to sell me a house she had listed, she wanted to sell me the house I wanted to buy. Exceptional service, professional and very skilled
We first worked with Jennifer in 2003 when my husband and I purchased our first townhouse in Chicago. In 2008 we did not think twice about contacting Jennifer when we wanted to sell our townhouse and purchase a single-family home in Chicago. With Jennifer's leadership, even in the midst of the economic challenges in 2008, we profitably sold our townhouse in less than 3 months. She was tireless in our 6-month search for a single-family home (we are very particular buyers!) and never became impatient. She always encouraged us to stick to our "criteria" and not compromise. With her help we did find our dream home in Chicago. She is a very skilled negotiator.
