AVOID ANY PROPERTY HE'S TIED WITH
Terrible experience. I bought closed April 2008 and it's been a mess since. The turnover from developer to condo association was a mess because he nor his offices kept accurate or up to date records on any of their bills, so we got stuck paying bills and handling issues he should taken care of. After the first year our assessments had to be raised 35% b/c of this. He has not paid his proportionate share of the taxes for unsold units or his share of the sold units taxes and does not have any funds to reimburse us. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY. HE'S WITH JAMESON REAL ESTATE NOW.
