Terrible experience. I bought closed April 2008 and it's been a mess since. The turnover from developer to condo association was a mess because he nor his offices kept accurate or up to date records on any of their bills, so we got stuck paying bills and handling issues he should taken care of. After the first year our assessments had to be raised 35% b/c of this. He has not paid his proportionate share of the taxes for unsold units or his share of the sold units taxes and does not have any funds to reimburse us. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY. HE'S WITH JAMESON REAL ESTATE NOW.

No matter how tough the contract or the property...she followed it thru and really did not need me too much other than to sign! Not only have I used Paul to sell units for me, but I've also recommended him to several friends, all of which have raved about his professional abilities and knowledge. In many cases he was the 2nd realtor on a unit and got it sold. His demeanor is always jovial, so if you've had a bad experience with him, my guess is you or your realtor did something to set him off to start!

As a purchaser, we viewed one of Paul Wait's listings. He arrived late, and was outright rude. He was unable to answer any meaningful questions I had about the property. I know everyone can have a bad day but... The showing was an embar****ing excercise in futility.
