Patient Realtor
Dorian was a patient realtor. It took from May 2009 to December 2010 to get a home. Dorian was there every step and seller. I have been through several showing and offers. He was understanding that I did not want to deal with heavy mold and/or a bad roof. I thank him for his patience and time.

My First Building
This was my first time buying property of this nature and Dorian was GREAT with keeping my interest in mind, responding to my calls in a timely manner and even suggesting classes that were very helpful as a new landlord. I simply would not have any other person on my side and plan to work with him on the next purchase.
Let me explain why you want Dorian on your team. I'm the kind of person who does his own research beforehand when looking to purchase property. Plenty of other realtors, when presented with my "homework", ask me "how much do you want to spend?" - wrong answer. That completely disregards the effort I put forth as a client. Not with Dorian. He always had my interests first. Plenty of times, in less than 6 hours after finding a property of interest, Dorian and I were doing a walkthrough. REAL customer service. Always on his "A" game. You couldn't pray up on a better realtor.

First time home buyer
Having Mr. Johnson as my Realtor was truly a blessing. He was very knowledgable about what he does. He was supportive throughout the whole process. He was patient and took me through the process step by step explaining everything as we went along. He was prompt in returning phone calls. If there was something he wasn't sure about, he found out the answer for me or the proper source. He took the fear out of that first time homebuying experience. He made me feel comfortable in asking questions and being a first time buyer I had plenty. He would tell me to never hesitate to ask questions. He was very professional and a great negotiator.
