Working with Eric has been very unpleasant. He is rude and raises his tone of voice often. He has hung up on me twice now. This most recent time, he also told me to "f**k off" b/c I asked him why he did not call me back in over 30 days - while he is holding my deposit for a new construction that I am cancelling the contract on. I would not have to cancel if they had not missed the drop dead delivery date!! I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.

I was looking for a rental near the UIC area and Eric Johnstone was supposed to show me a rental near W Taylor St. I am writing this to report my horror experience with Eric Johnstone who was such an irresponsible and arrogant real estate person in the Jameson team. I was not allowed to even look at the apartment until the day of move and upon taking the first look, I had questions regarding the sub par condition of the rental (no A.C, broken appliances, dirty carpets, no blinds) and he grew agitated and asked me to get out of the place. This totally irrational and obscure behavior caused a lot of emotional distress and mental torture. I am definitely pointing out to public Websites, blogs, and forums to keep away from Eric and Jameson as a result of this shocking experience.
