ABEL DE LA TORRE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL. WHEN TRYING TO REACH HIM HE WOULD NOT ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS THEN HE WOULD PRETEND LIKE HE WAS SOMEONE ELSE. HE IS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE TAX LAWS OR REALESTATE AND MORTGAGE LOANS.HE IS RUDE AND UNPLEASANT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

Mr. de la Torre was informative at all times, helps us understand the financing that the loan officer was not able to explain. Abel went out of his way to be there for us when ever we had question, he was available late at night 9:00pm, 10:00pm to answered any questions. He gave us advice about comparing attornies, & insurance agents. He came to our house picked us up to go see properties explained to us the pros & cons of ownership, made us very concious of the demands and responsabilites that come from homeownership.

I WOULDNT RECOMENT THIS PERSON AT ALL. HE IS VERY CONVINCING BUT, WHEN WE NEED TO SPEAK WITH HIM HE DOESNT ANSWER HIS PHONE CALLS, IF HE DOES HE TELLS YOU HE IS SOMEONE ELSE AND CHANGES HIS PHONE NUMBER. DONT USE THIS GUY AT ALL!!!! NO USEN ESTA PERSONA LOS VA A MAL INFORMAR, Y LOS PUEDE ESTAFAR.

Mr. De la Torre was very pleasant, very informative and courtious. He went out of his way to pick us up every occasion we went out to see properties. He was very thougtful and kind. A very knowledgeble and proffesional person. He explain to detail everything there was to know about the transaction, He recommended an inspector that save us extra money on the transaction. I will highly recommend him. Very Pleasant and informative.

I worked for this individual and he was not only not rude and arrogant with his employee but false knowledge his customers. I would not recommend any one work with him.
