I was referred to Mrs. Seawood by a friend who stated she was a great realtor. I had a building to sell and I needed sold quick. I met with her and she provided me with analysis and ideas to get a quick sell. I had to pay a 5000 marketing fee that was refundable at sell she I was curious about this but I trust her knowledge. I knew I could not get the money back if I canceled so I gave it a shot. The building sold in 37 days and I made more profit than I guessed. I still use her as well as refer her to others. Marketing fee was returned at closing and I have to give it to her she protects her company from people who like to manipulate realtors marketing fees guarantee a great outcome or your money back. Always great business.

Had a problem with a realtor when I was looking to rent an apartment in Hyde park the leasing agents had taken my deposit and then I was told the unit was no longer available after paying for moving services etc. For relocation. Mrs. Wooden -Seawood intervened by talking to all parties breaking down the comittement and getting the owner to fulfill the initial obligation. Along with all this she explained the tenant ordinance and provided me with the pros and cons of rent/ purchase in this economy. I was elated with this information and help I look for to working with her again when I get ready to buy my first home. For now renting is the best with my income after she gave me a finance lesson. For a while you could leave a message and the phone call would not be returned, then her voice mail would not accept messages and now the phone was disconnected. We went to her office. The office was vacant. The agent takes marketing money, promises she can sell the property and disappears.

At that time Ms. Seawood stopped returning phone calls. We went to her office. The office was vacant. Her office and cell phones were disconnected. I speaking to other customers, they had the same experience. The agent takes marketing money, promises she can sell the property and disappears. We never did get a copy of the contract. Everytime we asked for it, Ms. Seawood said the fax machine was broken and she did not mail it to us.
