I see someone else has recently been taken by Imad Shehade. Don't trust him! He didn't complete the work I hired him for, he suddenly disappeared with my money. The work itself, no good!

Run away he's also a horrible contractor! He will take your money and hire bad workers, they will destroy your house. I hired Imad Shehade, he was referred and I can't understand why they referred him unless they didn't know how horrible he is. He never returned my phone calls, he lied every day, and he damaged my house. Don't work with this man, go with your gut and select another Realtor or Contractor but not Imad Shehade. Run, Run, Run, Run.....

living in an apartment i rented from this man has been the WORST rental situation i've ever been in. he's rude. he doesn't make repairs or return phone calls, he has come into my apartment without permission at whim, and he has resorted to name calling or threatening lawsuits because i ask for things like windows that lock and mold free bedrooms. i've been here for ten months, and he has yet to do things he promised to do the week i moved in. not recommended. at all.

Rude! Horrible! Dishonest! Dishonarable! Bought a condo from this realator 2 months ago and he has yet to make good on the terms of our contract. Also, he does not pay his bills. When we moved in the gas was shut off for four days because he did not pay his bill and he acted like it was our fault. Should have trusted our gut instinct on this one but we were trying to get a place big enough for our family. Do not buy, sell or rent from this guy. You will be sorry.

This man has been my biggest nightmare! He does not take care of his apartments, he's rude to his tenants and overall he's the biggest crook I've met in a long time. To anyone thinking about renting from him...RUN!!
