I tried working with Vince but found him to be uneducated, unprofessional and unwilling to find me the results I was looking for.

I was a first time buyer and have to say working with Vince was fantastic. I had many questions throughout the process and Vince was always willing to take the time to answer them for me. He was very detail oriented, carefully explaining each step along the way. While signing the contract he went through and made sure I understood what I was signing. He really made me feel like he was working to protect my best interest. There was a point when the deal looked like it may fall apart completely because the association was dragging their feet approving the hot tub contingency in the contract. Knowing that Vince is paid by commission I expected him to be upset or maybe even try to push me to close the deal without the approval. To the contrary, he was supportive and told me that he wanted me to have the perfect place for me. He then assured me that if they failed to approve it we would walk away and try to find another place. He was clearly on my side. Even after we closed he called to ask us about the new place. He also helped us find an electrician for the hot tub outside. Caring before the deal is done is standard in this industry, caring after takes it to another level and put Vince in a class of his own. I plan on recommending Vince to both friends and family when they are in the market for a new home. In fact, we have already spoken to Vince about using him again if the unit above us opens up. I know he will give us an honest and informed opinion about what we should do and whether we are paying too much. He is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about the real estate markets and loves what he does and that makes me want to use him again.

Vince helped my husband and I find our first home in Wicker Park and there is no way we could have done it without him. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and patient with all of our first-time home buyer questions. He was especially valuable when it came time to make the offer in that he was extremely persistent with the seller's agent as we were caught in a bidding war. Most agents may have stopped there and moved on, but even as we were going through the painful mortgage process Vince was there every step of the way to answer questions and coach me through the extremely stressful process! My husband and I now consider Vince more than a real estate agent, he is a friend with whom we still keep in touch. We ended up with our dream home and are forever grateful we found him!

Vince is a great agent, the best I know, he is very knowledgeable. He takes the time to make sure you understand the whole process from start to finish. He likes to work with buyers apposed to sellers, because he wants to make sure you are completely satisfied with the home you buy. Vince goes above and beyond all other agents that I have met.
