- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I love building relationships with my clients and turning them into "clients for life." Helping my clients achieve success in the Chicago real estate market, whether they are buyers, sellers, renters or investors, is a great thrill for me.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Making sure that my clients, both past and present, are receiving the most updated and accurate information related to the current real estate market. In today's world of instant information and on-line sources there is the possibility of bad, false or skewed information being presented to consumers. It's my goal to always be a source of accurate, up-to-date and balanced real-time information on the Chicago market to each of my clients.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- It's fun to look back throughout my career at where deals have been written and negotiated. In this business I'm often working outside of a physical office. Writing an offer for a client, on a boat, 2 miles off the shoreline of Chicago in Lake Michigan would be one of the more memorable for sure.
- What is your best characteristic?
- My sense of humor.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- Who inspires me: my mother and father. My father is an example of loyalty and strength in my life and my mother of unending love and compassion. What inspires me: faith. By definition faith is belief that is not based on proof, there's not much more inspiring than one who possesses true faith in someone or something.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- "Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind." — Theodor Seuss Geisel
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- In all honesty; Chicago. I love to travel and there's a long list of places I plan to visit, but at the end those trips and at the end of the day I chose to live in my favorite city in the country and am so happy to call Chicago home.
