- In today's economy, so many sellers are upside down. It's a challenge to try and help them through that process.

- One of my clients had been searching for a short sale/foreclosure for over a year. He had made offers on 2 properties and lost out in the bidding process. When he got an offer accepted and closed on a really great property, it was very gratifying.
