Mike Kelly is such a great guy and awesome realtor. He has just the right demeanor and personality that was perfect for us to deal with. He is very helpful, efficient, not pushy, very accommodating of our needs and our time schedule. He was always available and willing to help us out before during and after the purchase and helped us through everything with his knowledge and advice when asked. He is so easy to work with - like we had known him forever even though we hooked up on the internet. We enjoyed spending time looking for our place with him and we have purchased the perfect one and love it !!!

My husband and I were in the unfortunate position of trying to buy a home in Evanston, IL remotely. We had one afternoon to look at properties in person, and after that, we had to rely solely on Mike for information and advice. Mike far surpassed our expectations in this regard. We eventually placed a bid on a condominium unit. The seller of the unit made the negotiations process extremely difficult and time consuming, but Mike dealt with all of these troubles for us.
