- I enjoy the challenge of meeting the unique needs of each buyer and seller! Every transaction is different, and must be handled in a manner that prioritizes the client's individual requirements. I also love everything about real estate - so it's more like fun than work.

- Setting clients' expectations in a challenging market. We can only speak from our past experiences, and as the market changes - it's important to make sure our clients know what is happening, whether it's a positive change or negative.

- When a woman "cold-called" me to list her home. She had seen my profile on Coldwell Banker's website, and I have the same name as her mother - so she hired me. (P.S. The house sold for $1.6 million!)
