Eva has a specialty on the "buy" side and listened very well when I was looking for a home in the Lincoln Park area. She found exactly what I needed at the right price and didn't try to push me above my budget. Some 11 years later, I gave the "sell" listing to Eva and she promptly moved the property at exactly double what I paid for it. She is experienced and a hard worker. I recommend her.

Me and my wife had a horrible experience with Anna Wateska. She had very little information about the condo that we were interested in and was not even aware of many of its features until I pointed them out to her. She was very rude to my wife and behaved as though she was doing us a favor by dealing with us. She was even complaining at the closing. She is a black mark on her profession.

I used Anna for the purchase of my first condo... she was so wonderful that I used her again for the sale of that condo and the purchase of my new house. She is very knowledgable and organized, which was good since I really had tons of questions. She never made me feel like I was too needy! I have recommended to her many friends as well as co-workers. I love my house now, but if I ever move again I would use her in a heartbeat! She really knows her stuff and I was lucky to have found her.

Beware of this agent. We accepted a counter offer by her client which she then used to drive up an offer from another buyer. She had us waiting for days to sign the agreement and then contacted our agent by email to let her know that they were going to take a different offer. Legal? maybe. Ethical? definitely not.
