Depends on category. Single family homes seems to be in the $300,000 to $750,000 range.

Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
The real estate trend now is that it is a buyer's market. There are lots of great deals in new and resale homes.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy working with people and making their dreams come true.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Staying on top of a constantly changing market.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Finding the best place for a child in a power wheel chair. The home that works for her and her parents as well as for their relatives. A place that is central to work, school and the small town characteristics wanted by them!

What is your best characteristic?
I will work on a project to get it done well, with success and to the satisfaction the buyer/seller. That means complete honesty even if it is something that any of the partys really do not want to hear.

Who or what inspires you the most?
My loving wife and my family.

What is the best advice you ever received?
Referrals are your best friend! Work hard, always be available and return phone calls.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Chicago
