What year did you become a real estate agent?
2004
How many years have you been in Real Estate?
Five years
What is the average home price in your market?
$1,600,000.00 is the average price for a Single Family Home in Lincoln Park.
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Yes, single family homes, condos and high rises continue to be developed here. The trends are modern, bringing in the most light, and wider floor plans.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy selling Real Estate so much that it doesn't feel like a job. It is more of a vocation. I love the challenge of finding the buyer the home they want. I have a reputation for not giving up.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
At this time, it is getting the buyers and sellers to come together on the price of a sale. That has been more challenging in recent months.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Probably my very first sale in Real Estate. My first property sold to my buyers was for $1,800.000. The buyers continue to be very happy in their dream home.
What is your best characteristic?
Honesty.
Who or what inspires you the most?
I am inspired by the wonderful clients I have. From the very young twenty somethings buying their first property, to the semi-retired clients scaling down.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Move forward by doing your best and always do what is right. Everything will work out.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
At this time in my life, I would not want to live anywhere but right here in Chicago.
