Vlodomyr Shostachuk is a man who cannot be trusted. He was a partial owner in the unit he sold me that was built by Bogdan Klisch. Instead of hire licensed workers he hired "friends" from the community. The building we live in has 4 units. Since day one we have had leaking issues. Leaking to the point it has been 3+ years & the walls in every unit will have to be replaced in certain rooms. The plumbing has been sub-par & every unit has had to have plumbers come in and re-do his workers mistakes. Additionally, as an association we have had to spend more than $50,000 to get things up to code (not sure how he got past city inspectors). When he did finally bring repair folks in-they chipped the jacuzzi tube, cracked the marble in the bathroom. Please do not take the name Bogdan Klisch lightly who was the builder. He has not responded to any letters in over 3 years. All repairs folks say it is the lack of corrective protectors for water he was supposed to use. Do NOT DO BUSINESS w/Them!
