For over 16 years Paul and the "Chicagoland Realty Network team," have been educating and coaching home buyers, homeowners and investors alike, as well as assisting them in their endeavors.
This is not your "average" group of Realtors.
Paul and his team have taken great pride in, not only leading the industry with their level of knowledge, skills and experience, but, perhaps even more importantly, in sharing that knowledge - and using their experience to truly help their clients make educated and financially responsible decisions that are in the best interest of them and their families.
This has often meant advising clients not to buy, not to sell, or to simply "hold off" for a while. At times this honest advice has meant not earning a commission, but their honesty and integrity has earned them referrals and repeat business from a well served and loyal client base who will tell you that they truly are "A Different Kind of Realtor."

What year did you become a real estate agent?
1992
How many years have you been in Real Estate?
More than 16
What is the average home price in your market?
$300,000 to $400,000
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
In todays market the biggest trend in most areas seems to be the number of bank owned properties popping up. They definitely have a negative impact on housing values.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I consider myself to be a "coach." It is very rewarding to help people make educated and sound financial decisions regardless of whether or not I am earning a commission. Especially if they've been given bad advice in the past and they now see where they were led astray.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Overcoming the notion that all Realtors are the same. This couldn't be further from the truth. Unfortunately there is alot of bad advice given in today's market. Whether it is given by a so called "professional" who just doesn't know any better or by an agent strictly looking to earn a commission. It definitely gives a bad impression of the Realtor industry as a whole.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
In today's market the best success stories are always when my team and I are able to assist a family facing foreclosure by helping them lower their payments, reduce the amount they owe, or getting them out from under an "upside down" situation in their home.
What is your best characteristic?
I am a coach /educator first and a salesman second.
Who or what inspires you the most?
People of integrity.
What is the best advice you ever received?
I have three. First, A winner is someone who failed but but kept trying. - Second, I'd rather try and fail than spend my life wondering "What If".... - Third, Luck... Is when preparedness meets opportunity
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
somewhere tropical.
