I found Alexia very unhelpful. Although I got the apartment I wanted, she did little to make the process easy. Alexia only seems to communicate through texting or email which makes it difficult to get any information or better yet have a conversation. She was kind of pushy with my roommates and I, constantly telling me that "other people are looking at the apartment" so that we would sign with a sense of urgency. LiveWellChicago was generally equally unhelpful. I did get the apartment, but I will avoid using this business in the future.

This agent is very difficult to get a hold of by phone, even after leaving messages on her cell and with a receptionist. She only seems to converse through email. She is not energetic at all which most agents are when they are trying to get to know their client's needs and wants and especially when an agent is trying to sell! She seems very disrespectful and not helpful at all in my search for a new place. I would not recommend her services to absolultely anyone unless you want to want to be frustrated. I have worked with probably 10 other leasing agents and they have ALL been much more helpful than her, as well as been appreciative of their client's interest in their apartments/homes for sale/rent. She is unreliable, rude and inconsiderate... maybe she's having a bad week? ... Just my opinion, good day. :)
