MZ buy a previous house with Tracy Romano and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
I recently purchased a property through Tracy. I had to be the driving force of the purchase having to call this agent many times over a six month period to have showings. She did a very bad job following up or communicating with property owners. She also may try to have you do renovations through her - which I warn against because the work is poorly done and receipts were not provided. Be careful!
