BM buy a previous house with Seth Captain and would recommend them to other home buyers.
We bought our first home in 2008 and found Seth through craigslist. He specializes in multi-unit properties, which was exactly what we were looking for. I was impressed at his knowledge of the area, as well as his honesty and true desire to be helpful. A very cool, interesting person with lots of insight into buying property. He is the only realtor I will recommend to my friends.
