_ buy a previous house with Kevin Bryar and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
My complaints regarding Kevin Bryar and Bryton Development have been resolved, and all litigation between us has been dismissed with prejudice. Attorneys for Kevin Bryar and Bryton Development have produced evidence that final inspections did in fact take place prior to the purchase of my unit. They have also produced a Certificate of Occupancy, issued by the City of Chicago, for the 4525 N. Western Avenue building. Thomas E. Doyle

Purchased a condo at 4525 N. Western Avenue, built by Bryar and his company, Bryton Development, LLC., after promises of "sound-deadened construction" and "luxurious" appointments. In fact, Bryar changed the type of insulation used, left out the key sound-deadening component, and even changed the building trusses from those on the the blueprints, and then sold the units without getting occupancy permits or a final inspection from the city.
