chris mccabe buy a previous house with Colette W Adams and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
We bought a house from Colette Adams (she was the agent/owner of the property). She has failed to reimburse us for her portion of the property tax bill, depite her responsibility to do so being clearly stated in the closing contract. She is presently a sales person for Remax and has at least one listing I know if in the Albany Park neighborhood of Chicago. We've been told at least once that a check for half of the amount was in the mail, yet weeks later we've received nothing.
