The Worst
He may be knowledgeable about the area and the business, but he is definitely not someone you want to do business with. He's as unprofessional as they come, incredibly rude, won't return phone calls, and will try to milk you for as much money as possible. He is the agent, but also the developer for most of the properties he sells. The work is suspect and cheap, and he will not keep his word. Steer clear of Betancourt Realty and BP Development unless you want to pay your lawyer lots of money to try and force Joe to come through for you!
