I used this Realtor and was not happy with her customer service. She was quite argumentative. If you disagreed with her, she was combative, hostile really. In terms of doing the job, she was fine but her personality that were concerns.

The entire experience was great. Ray certainly knew his stuff and treated me both like a valued client AND a friend.

Pat is horrible. She comes off as this cl****y sophisticated person but she is a sham. She's tacky, mean, and cold. I would NEVER work for her. I avoid Baird & Warner because of her and now that she's gone - I'm going to look at moving to the company. I feel sorry for all those Pat Mazzone is trying to recruit - she is a liar and she is a mean spirited person.
