BH buy a previous house with Michael J Monahan and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Michael's brother is buying foreclosed and short sale properties and flipping them. We tried making an offer on one and they wouldn't take calls or respond to the offer and we missed out on another great property while trying to get them to just answer a phone call!
