Taharvey Davis buy a previous house with Valerian Simirica and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
This agent also rents his personal properties and has not repaid my rental security after almost 2 years. I was awarded a judgement of $6500 by the courts, none of which Valerian has paid. Beware of doing business with this man.
Reuben buy a previous house with Stanica Butnariu and would recommend them to other home buyers.
She is a well educated agent, very willing and determined to help her clients out in any situation. I've tried a few other agents and Stanica was the best for the Job.
