Another Scammed buy a previous house with Gregory M Wilson and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Too much detail to list here, but Greg Wilson kept me earnest money and I am now turning to the Realtor Standards Board to try to have his license revoked. He won't even return the calls of the lawyer who represents the bank who owns the house. If you're considering buying a house and he's the listing agent, run the other way.
