Michael Beyer buy a previous house with Obed Pena and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
We bought a house from Obed Pena and AGD Property Adivisors. Our home inspection went fine. In the three years since, major violations have turned up, all hidden and not disclosed to us at the time. We have had to spend over $30,000 for repairs, plumbing mostly, that his contractors had done. I would not live in a house his company built or sold if they gave it to us for free. Buyer beware is an understatement when dealing with AGD and his goons.
