John showed us several homes in Urbana and St. Joseph. He didn't waste our time, showed us homes that we found and selected a few additional homes to show us. He didn't take us anywhere that we didn't agree to go to. At every home he pointed out flaws and features. He really helped us evaluate each home and compare them. He pointed out little features (drain in garage, room for a workbench, attic access, crawl space access, insulated garage door, etc.) and more important items (things related to water flow, structural issues, settling issues that cause cracks in walls and sidewalks to shift, etc.). He's been selling homes for a while and his experience shows. Compared to what my co-workers said about realtors, John really kicked butt. I'd recommend him to anyone buying a home. He didn't show any of his own properties (he realized they weren't for us and didn't push them on us). He also knows other professionals that are good at their job (Inspectors, Loan Officers, etc.).

Debby did a terrific job selling my condo. I'd already moved out of town and had been renting it for a few years. She recommended and lined up a couple of great contractors to update the building. She sold it quickly and got me a good price. A real pro. Dan Ferber

Debby was really great to work with and she found the perfect house for us. She took the time to interview us and really get to know what we were looking for. She was patient as we looked at houses that weren't quite right. She was just as excited as we were when we found the right house and had our offer accepted. She's exceptionally good at knowing the properties in Old Town Champaign, so if you want to live in the neighborhoods with real character, Debby's the realtor for you.

Debby Auble is unpleasant, disrespectful, and very unprofessional to work with. She gives misleading information, does not document communication properly, and handles clients with threats and har****ment. I would not recommend working with her. If you need to find a real estate agent in Champaign, I would not use Ms. Auble. We had to work with her after hearing very negative comments from others who worked with her, and found her to be very, very difficult.

I randomly came across this as I was googling something else . . . however, we did have Laurie as our Real Estate agent and she was just awesome! She is personable, caring, and she is always looking out for her clients. She will do whatever she can to get you in the home that is best for you and your family. She was and is wonderful. If you want the best, you can stop here.
