- There are very few professions which reward you with the satisfaction of helping people, from all walks of life, attain the american dream.

- The lack of control over political issues which affect us Realtors, as well as the general public, regarding real estate (Eminent Domain, taxes, etc).
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- A single mom was referred to me to sell her $475,000 home in a local suburb. To my dismay, although the home was merely 2 years new and nicely upgraded, the whole interior of the home was painted LAVENDER! Needless to say as a divorce situation the funds were not available to pay for the repainting and we ultimately provided a credit at closing and all ended well. Now, as a recurring client, she comes to me not only for help in selling or buying, but also to consult me for interior color choices! I always feel the need to tell her "as long as it's NOT LAVENDER!"

- I've been fortunate to have been influenced by alot of great people, but it was my mother who said "it's better to be alone than to follow in bad company". I surround myself with only positive infuences that enable me to be the best person possible.

- Key West, Barcelona, Belize, Hawaii and Merida, Mexico.
