- 4
- What is the average home price in your market?
- $350,000
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I enjoy the hunt. There is a challenge and I have a huge passion for educating homebuyers about my area.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Convincing homebuyers that the asking price is realistic and the going-rate for that particular subdivision.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I was able to get my clients into a larger home and help them get a mortgage regardless of their credit situation. They were living in a 3 bedroom rental for 8+ years with 3 kids and two dogs. They were really cramped in a small home and I was able to get them an affordable 5 bedroom, 2 story, new home in less than 60 days.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Prompt response.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- The goals I set for myself are realistic. I still have that challenge with a reward at the end.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Don't say "No problem" say "It's my pleasure" and don't make promises, just do your best and let your client know that you are working hard for them every chance you get.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Italy or Greece, near a beach with plenty of history surrouunding me.
