We made an offer on the house that was verbally accepted by the Seller. Contract and Ernest Money was delivered the very next day. Sherri did not get back to our agent when another offer was made to give us the opportunity to make another bid or remove a contingency. In the end, I have no idea as to what the other buyer offered, but it will be public knowledge at the closing. I hope the agent and the Seller are comfortable with losing money on a sale, we were prepared to pay list price for this beautiful home. I felt that Sherri's actions were unprofessional and bordering on unethical - even if her actions were within the legal boundaries of the situation. I would NOT recommend this agent. I have no desire to have further contact with this Agent or her office ****ociates.

Nicole was completely inconsiderate of our needs as potential buyers. We discussed the type of home my husband and I were interested in... but instead she pushed houses on us that were clearly not what we were looking for. I got the impression that she was only looking out for the best interest of herself, rather than her clients. I would steer of Wheatland Realty all together, seeing that she is the broker. Good luck in your search, there are much better out there!
