What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: A lot of people wanting to buy a home but can not qualify because of their credit
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: I had a client who wanted to own a home of his own and while going through the process discovered he had a judgment against him from a business that he sold 4 years before. Having a good team of professionals working with you is key. My lawyer was able to work out his judgment for less than he owed and he was able to buy a home.
What is your best characteristic?: I am passionate, creative and loving giving to others

What is the best advice you ever received?: Find out your purpose in life and use the talents God gave you
