As a potential landlord, I found Larry to be arrogant, uneducated and willing to rent properties he owned that were unsafe and even dangerous. He is a quirky, moody individual that needs to be avoided at all costs. He has a negative reputation among other legitimate landords in the area for being marginally ethical and tries to intimidate tennants with threats.
