Colleen is great! We were looking to buy our first house and had no idea what we were doing. We were in a time crunch to buy the house, but we only had so much money to spend and really had certain things that the house had to have. She was so patient with all of our questions and really helped us figure out what we were looking for and what to look for in a potential house. Even with the short time we had, we found the one! Always available for questions, she helped us with what paperwork we would need, inspectors, lawyer, helped in dealing with our lender, sent reminders for when certain inspections/insurance/etc had to be done by. I would recommend Colleen to anyone I knew buying or selling a house she is just the best! Thanks so much Colleen, we love our house!

My experience with Lynn was not a good one. Besides the complete lack of communication throughout the process, I never received feedback from showings, never received any promotion from her, and was exceedingly disappointed by her lack of availability when I wanted to speak with her. The only time I could reach her (or heard from her) was when she wanted me to lower the price. She sold my home completely on price and never followed up with prospective buyers as to the concerns they had. We finally had to sell for 25% less than our asking price. Just because we had moved and had no other options. DO NOT USE THIS REALTOR!

Bill is the Man. I wanted to Buy a Bank owned Home. Thank God I found Bill! I was dealing with other agents and they compared to Bill had no clue on how to get all the ducks in a Row. With Bill he put a game plan into affect and worked exactly how he said it would. Man is that guy knowledgable... If you are going to buy a house Bill is your guy!! Thanks again bill and the Family loves the house. Esspecially the Misses....
