Thank you for taking your time to review my profile. Let me tell you how I work. First we talk and get to know each other. If we like each other, then we develop an "Agency" meaning we mutually agree to work with and for each other, and yes there is a piece of paper to be signed. If you're a Seller, we will meet at your home for a tour and do some preliminary paperwork. Then you will come to my office to sign the listing agreement. If you’re a Buyer, we will work together with a lender to get you pre-approved, then we will meet at my office and review the MLS system together for about 20 minutes(or electronically if you’re out of the immediate area.) I will get an understanding of what you are looking for. Then I will show you houses that qualify to be your new home. No matter if you’re a Seller or a Buyer, if you can work like this, we should meet. If not, please allow me to refer you to an agent who can fill your needs. It should also be known that I negotiate on your behalf and will stick with your best interest, however the only negotiating I do on commissions is gleefully accept more if you want to offer it, but never less. Again, if you want a cut rate real estate agent, I can help you find one. I look forward to a fun and pleasant time work with you as you move into the Real Estate Market. Call or Email Me Today!
