Annette worked her tail end off helping me find my dream home in 2009. She was out in the filed, for what seemed to be day and night finding possible homes for my new wife and I to tour, she even brought a box of animal crackers for my 2 year old, what an Agent. In the end we were able to close quickly and with out any issues or problems a few months ago, and I will use her in the future, and recommend her to all my friends and family. Annette did everything she could to help me sell my home, however in this down economy I had very little activity and will end up holding onto my property until the market rebounds in a year or so. Annette came to my home many times and gave me pointers on how to make it more appealing, she helped me with what she referred to as “Curb Appeal”. I truly valued her insight into my local market and her years of experience in the residential real estate field was obvious from our first conversation. Annette had some great ideas on how to get my property in front of the folks out there that are currently buying. In the end my home didn’t sell but I can’t blame Annette for the fact that I own a over priced dilapidated two bedroom pigsty.
