- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- It's a people business! I happen to sell homes, but I am a trusted advisor to my clients and guide them through the buying and selling process. My goal is to create relationships beyond the transaction.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Financing. The lending has tightened, and that is good to some extent. But I am finding that clients are having a hard time with appraisals, in particular. If a buyer and seller have agreed upon a price, an appraisal should be able to value the property the same way the buyer and seller did, including land, outbuildings, etc. An appraisal should not kill the deal because of restrictions placed upon the appraiser!

- Every satisfied client is a success story! The decision to buy or sell a home is HUGE to most everyone, and undoubtedly stressful at some point. There is nothing better than knowing you have helped ease the transition, and every referral is an acknowledgement of that effort!

- Sense of humor...or maybe it's my worst! ;)

- My husband...my mentor, guide and friend. :)

- If it's meant to be, it's up to me!
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Wherever my husband is. I know it sounds cheezy, but he is my support system and an amazing man whom I admire greatly. Wherever he is, you will find me there!
