Response to Karen
In response to Karen. I did not represent her and in fact her and her husband kept going around their agent and myself and worked on my clients. They were elderly people and Karen and her husband took advantage of them. Karen and her husband worked on them to agree to terms that jeopardized the future sellablity of their property. They would show up at my clients house without my knowledge. An agent is to protect their client from wrong doing. This KAREN was never my client and they never will be.
Overbearing Realtor
This was astrange one, would not show legal documents drawn up by our lawyer to her clients . Told them what do do and did not allow them to have imput. You would have thought it was her personal house. Told us to "go screw ourselves" , very unprofessional and overly involved realtor. Needed to prove something to herself? A stron need for control.
