We met Tamara when we called her on one of her listings. She knew everything anyone could possibly know about that home and was extremely informative. We decided the area was not in the proper location for us yet we were so impressed with her professional attitude and empathy, we decided to ask her to help us buy a home. She never tired of our demands and the disagreements between the wife and I. She was always patience and understanding. My family is pleased to have an agent for life as well as an honest hardworking friend. I had been taken advantage of by a contractor and Tamara stepped in to advise us on how to correct the situation and who to contact for the intricate details. We were so pleased when she got or home sold for what we wanted and helped us negotiate against four other offers to purchase our new home. She also gave us several management companies to allow us to rent our home when it came time to resell and the market did not cooperate. We do not feel there are mny agents who would put our needs first ans we are really glad she is here to protect our investment.
