Almost 5 years, but have been in sales marketing and negotiations for 22 years.

Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Homes sales have seen an increase month over month, low interest rates and first time home buyer tax credit coupled with aggressive pricing have prompted many to get off the fence.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Buying or selling a home is a very personal experience, so helping individuals meet there goals and fulfill there dreams offers a great reward to my job.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Helping individuals to get past the emotional aspect of a Real Estate transaction and view the negotiations as a tennis game. It doesn't matter how much the guy on the other side of the court is bouncing, screaming, or reacting idiotically, the object and focus of the game is the ball, keep your eye on it.

Patience, integrity and compasion.
Who or what inspires you the most?
Those who make the time and energy to inspire others.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Until you realize that you are your own private corporation, all you will ever do is make other people money. Second is; nothing is too expensive, I just can't afford it.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I would have to say Idaho, where I live. However, two or three months a year on a tropical beach during the winter wouldn't put me out either.
