We started the home buying process out-of-state and with little familiarity with the surrounding areas. In retrospect we were extremely lucky that USAA referred us to Cindy, because almost immediately she worked to ease our concerns. She was very knowledgeable about the local markets, builders, and helped us refine what we were looking for. She went through great pains to show us countless previously owned homes in the course of a week. Having not found anything appropriate, we started considering building a new home. This meant beginning the search all over viewing model homes to pick out a floor plan. She walked us through the design studio appointment and outlined the process each step of the way. There were several delays and building/contractual hiccups, none of which she could have prevented. Throughout it all Cindy advised us, battled for us, and even sacrificed her time and her own money to ensure the deal was equitable for all parties. We appreciated her honesty and her quick responses to all of our calls. In summery we couldn’t have asked for a better agent to guide us through our first home purchase.

My husband and I worked with Kirk for several months before we found the perfect home. Kirk was patient, very thorough and most importantly respectable. We have bought and sold many houses over the years, but working with Kirk was truly a great experience. I highly recommend him to anyone moving into or out of the Boise area.

I am not one who usuallys posts but to say Nora is a bad agent is way wrong. The person who posted probably couldn't get qualified and blames Nora. Nora has been in the business longer than I have been alive. Her knowledge of the market is unsurpassed. She actually cares, and wants to make sure you are comfortable through out the whole transaction. She made sure I could afford my home and not get in over my head. She was with me every step of the way, making sure it well.

Edam helped up buy our first home. He was very helpful and spent so much time with us going from listing to listing (I think we ended up looking through over 70 houses). Edam was very knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time helping us, but never pushed us a buy a house or hurried us to jump on a deal if we weren't sure about the property. This lack of pressure, the great service, and feeling that Edam really wanted to make sure we ended up in a home that worked for us (and not that we closed quickly and he got a paycheck) are what has led me to recommend Edam to anyone I know that's house shopping!
