- When I 'sealed the deal' on a multi-million $ property I had listed. I knew my thorough preparation & knowledge of the property allowed me to message the features of the home in a way that appealed to the buyer! They feel in love with the home on the 1st showing & made an offer right then. It was an incredible moment! Not to mention the property was absolutely gorgeous & beautifully decorated & landscaped.

- The ability to see the big picture and create a quick strategy (whether buying or selling) to yield an opportunity for success for my clients.

- I am inspired by progressive thinkers! And also my Husband... he is a beautiful person (inside & out).

- Where the desert meets the ocean. I love the spritual zen-like starkness of desert silouettes, and the pristine beauty of the sparkling water & sun shining on a vast open ocean. It sets my soul free!
