- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I enjoy being a Realtor because I am gateway to obtaining the American Dream! I help people make one of their most important financial decisions of their life and meet wonderful people in the process.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Too many consumers do not take the time to interview different Realtors and don't know how to differentiate us. This industry is not like the stock market because every home and neighborhood is unique and you can't buy a home by the pound or the sq. ft.!
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- My most recent success story was closing a home for a single mom with 4 kids that is on Section 8 housing and I was able to find her a 2700 sq. ft. home with a 3 car garage by using several grants and down payment assistance programs.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I am an empathetic Realtor that puts my clients needs before my own.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- Positive people, laughter and smiles motivate me more than money.

- Most people don't plan to fail, they fail to plan!

- I have lived in many places around the world and chose to start and then to raise my family here in Boise.
